1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Conscious Creations Limited. By using our platform as a Guest or Client, you agree to these terms.

2. For Guests (Booking Users)

• Bookings are processed on behalf of independent property owners.

• Payment is collected securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

• Cancellation/refund policies vary per property and are shown at checkout.

• We act as an intermediary only and are not responsible for service delivery at the property.

3. For Clients (Hospitality Operators)

• You authorize us to receive and manage bookings on your behalf.

• We will disburse guest payments minus agreed commission.

• You are responsible for fulfilling guest stays as agreed.

• Marketing efforts and guest communications may be conducted using your brand name, but data is processed via our systems.

• You must ensure accurate availability, pricing, and policy information is provided to us.

4. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Service delivery issues between guests and properties

• Incorrect data provided by either party

• Platform interruptions caused by third parties (e.g., Stripe, hosting providers)

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
